Thanks to the funding provided by the Teresa Weatherall Neal Principal’s Fund, students at Sibley Elementary were treated to a delightful evening of style and flair in preparation for their upcoming holiday outing to the ballet performance The Nutcracker.
Local barbers and stylists transformed the school gym into a buzzing salon, where creativity and self-expression came to life. The talented father-son duo, Cristian and Elfido Hernandez, represented the Literacy Center, sharing their skills with eager students.
From Keystone, stylists Jennifer and Delaney Denton, alongside Rhonda Riffel, also joined in to lend their expertise. Parents Beberli Lopez and Alonzo Garcia contributed their time and talent as well, with Mr. Garcia proudly representing The Dream Team Company, a local business committed to community support. Accompanying him were fellow stylists Mario Hernandez, Michael Escobar, and Stephen Mendez, who all worked their magic to elevate the students’ looks.
Together, this remarkable team ensured that our scholars felt confident and stylish, perfectly ready for a day at the ballet. The event not only highlighted the importance of community involvement but also showcased how a little pampering can inspire our students to shine. With fresh cuts and bright smiles, they are all set to enjoy The Nutcracker in style!
